A Moment of Stillness

This isn’t about emptying your thoughts or fixing your mind.

It’s about coming back to the You God always knew,

the You He named, called, and formed with intention.

Stillness is where you remember who you’ve always been in Him.

A Moment of Stillness 🤍

Healing doesn’t begin with striving; it begins with pausing.

A Simple Practice:
• Read one scripture
• Sit in silence 2–3 minutes
• Ask: “God, what are You speaking beneath the surface?”
• Write one word or phrase
Do nothing with it for the rest of the day

No forcing. No fixing. Just listening.

Clarity often comes after stillness, not during striving.

This is the heart of She Is H.E.A.L.E.D.
A space for women ready to slow down, listen, and heal at the root.

Come sit with me.

Step 1 — Pause the Body

Before you try to think differently, let your body settle.

Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. Sit or stand without striving.

“Be still…” is an invitation, not a command.

Step 2 — Breathe With Intention

Inhale slowly through your nose.

Exhale fully through your mouth.

With each breath, release what does not bring you joy or happiness.

Let your breath become agreement with peace.

Step 3 — Acknowledge God’s Presence

You are not calming yourself alone.

God is present.

Whisper if needed: “Father I know You are with me.”

Stillness deepens when awareness replaces effort.

Step 4 — Find Your Place in One Scripture

Choose one short verse to rest in.

Let it sit in your spirit like a weight settling into the ground.

Truth doesn’t rush. It finds roots.

Step 5 — Rest in Stillness

Notice thoughts without wrestling them.

Notice emotions without naming them as failure.

Let the Word become the filter; not fear, not memory, not pressure.

Step 6 — Receive What Is True

You are not trying to be whole.

You are remembering that you are.

Let God’s truth quiet the places that have been conditioned to stay alert.

Step 7 — Carry the Posture Forward

When you’re ready, gently return to your day.

Carry the stillness with you.

Let it shape your pace, your words, your yes, and your no.
