🧭 Find Your Path to Published™ Interactive Quiz Setup (Squarespace Guide)

Purpose: To help visitors discover where they are on their author journey (healing, writing, or publishing) and guide them toward the right From Purpose 2 Published™ program.

⚙️ STEP 1: Create a New Page Section

  • Page title: Find Your Path to Published™ Quiz

  • Page location: Add under your Courses or Free Resources menu.

  • Layout suggestion: Two-column design → text on the left, form on the right.

    • Left column: Intro + headline + encouragement

    • Right column: The form itself

📝 STEP 2: Add a Squarespace Form Block

In the section, click ➕ → Add Block → select Form.
Then edit the form as follows:

Use Multiple Choice (Radio Buttons) for each question.

✉️ STEP 4: Add Contact Fields

Below the quiz questions, add:

  • Name (short text)

  • Email Address (email field)

💡 Tip: Make these required so you can email their results or follow up.

🧮 STEP 5: Set Up Conditional Results

Squarespace doesn’t natively show different “results” pages automatically — but you can simulate it in two ways:

Option A (Recommended): Redirect by Button Choice

  1. Create three hidden pages (Not Linked):

    • /path-healer → The Testimony Method™ result

    • /path-writer → From Hidden to Written result

    • /path-author → Self-Publishing Academy result

  2. On each result page, include:

    • Their “stage” (Healer, Writer, Author)

    • Description + CTA button for the right program

    • Optional free download link or invite to a call

  3. Use Form Submission Redirects via your email automation (like ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or Squarespace Email Campaigns) to send them to the correct result page based on their top responses.

Option B: Manually send results after submission (Squarespace Email Campaign).

  • After someone submits the quiz, you receive their answers.

  • You send an automated email with their quiz result and program recommendation.

📘 Result 3 — The Author (Publishing Stage)

You’ve done the hard work of writing — now it’s time to share your message with the world.
Your Path: Self-Publishing Academy — your roadmap to formatting, uploading, and publishing your book on Amazon with excellence and ease.
Button: “Enroll in Self-Publishing Academy” → link to that course page

🚀 STEP 7: Confirmation & Email Automation

In the form settings:

  • Storage: Connect to your Squarespace Email Campaigns or ConvertKit.

  • After Submission:

    • Display message: “Thank you for taking the Find Your Path to Published™ Quiz! Check your inbox for your personalized result and next step.”

    • Or redirect to a “Thank You / Results Overview” page summarizing all 3 paths.

  • Background: Soft gold or ivory gradient.

  • Button color: Chocolate brown (#3b1d0f) with white text.

  • Font pairing: Playfair Display (titles) + Lora / Open Sans (body).
