Sunday Reflection…

This week invited me to look at trust more honestly.

Not as a declaration, but as a posture. I noticed how easily I trust God in theory, yet still try to manage the unfolding in practice. The quiet moments exposed where I’ve been leaning on familiarity instead of faith.

What stood out most is how often God is closer than I realize, especially when I stop rehearsing what’s next. Trust, in this season, doesn’t feel loud or dramatic. It feels like staying. Like not abandoning the moment just because it feels unfinished.

I’m learning that growth doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it settles quietly, asking me to remain instead of rush. This week reminded me that trust isn’t proven by movement, but by rest.

As I move into the coming days, I’m carrying this with me:

I don’t have to understand everything to stay aligned.

I just need to remain open.
