Sunday Reflection
This week asked me to slow down more than I expected.
Not because life was loud—but because God was quiet in a way that required my attention. I noticed how often I reach for answers when what’s being offered is presence. How easily I move past moments meant to hold me.
In this season, I’m becoming more aware of how much clarity comes when I stop narrating the moment and simply live inside it. Stillness isn’t empty. It’s full…full of truth, correction, reassurance, and peace. I’m learning that I don’t need to fill the space for God to meet me there.
What stood out most is this:
When I pause, I hear more than I thought I would.
When I wait, I’m not behind.
When I rest, nothing is lost.
This week reminded me that healing doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it settles in quietly, rearranging things beneath the surface. Sometimes growth looks like choosing not to rush, not to explain, not to push forward before the soul is ready.
As I reflect, I’m carrying one simple awareness into the coming days:
I don’t need to strive to stay aligned.
I just need to return.
